RaceTrac was rolling out a new loyalty app for their valued customers. The more they spent in the stores the more free stuff was unlocked in the app. Even the initial app download rewarded customers with free items. To illustrate this in advertising, the idea of a magic phone was created in which it literally dispenses the free food and drinks that the customer has accumulated.
