When it comes to March Madness, every fan has all had the experience where their overconfidence in their tournament bracket picks comes to a screeching halt due to a last second shot or an out of the blue Cinderella team. Hooters wanted to empathize with that feeling and remind their customers that there is no better way to cure a bout of "Bracket Sadness" than through ones stomach with their new stuffed burgers.
